I will be directing my blog into a new direction. Leadership. What is leadership?
Leadership is unifying the people in any event. This can be done in any social setting. Leadership requires great social tact, grace and successful connecting skills that makes other people feel at ease in your presence, trusting in your presence and eager to see you again. How do you gain this? The first is obvious: appearance. Different settings require different attire. What do you wear at a family dinner? What do you wear for a job interview? What do you wear for a wedding? In my personal experience, i have always under dressed occasions because i was usuaully on good terms with the person who through the event, so i dont usually dress right. However, i learned that unproper dress causes awkward tensions between human beings.
Socail tact is a strict self observance, and self restraint when in a group setting. Manners, mind your manners! When in a group setting, don't take too much, don't talk too much, never mind yourself, and be observant. Watch before speaking, always talk with the facts, and careful of the "entry way" that you leave for another person to speak.
My social weakness is in my dress and in my social tact. I try to be polite, and knowledgeable in my topics of conversation.
